Now comes the part most programs skip entirely: executing it while real life continues around you. Strata Implementation provides the structure, accountability, and ongoing health literacy guidance needed to apply what your Health Data Baseline revealed across six weeks of consistent, supported follow-through. Program Structure Daily WhatsApp check-ins keep your markers visible between sessions. You submit updates and receive a written response within 24 hours. One live video sessions per week (20-30 minutes each) maintain momentum and allow real-time course correction. What You Track Lifestyle markers are defined by your Integration findings and may include sleep duration and quality, energy patterns, symptom changes, medication and supplement consistency, and one targeted marker tied to your primary Health Flags. What We Work On Together Each week, we assess whether your framework is functioning in real life, identifying what is working, what is creating friction, and what needs simplifying. We address habit barriers, scheduling conflicts, and over-complexity. All adjustments remain within educational and health coaching scope. When We Refer If check-ins indicate worsening symptoms, significant pattern shifts, or concerns outside our scope, we support your return to your healthcare provider — organized, with documented data and informed questions prepared.
