Strata Integration is the first step in the Strata process.
Before booking, please ensure you understand that Strata provides structured health integration and implementation support. Services do not replace medical diagnosis, prescription management, or emergency care.
If you are experiencing acute symptoms, contact your physician or local emergency services.
The Process

Submit your booking request for Strata Integration through the Services page and complete the structured intake form. This includes your medical history, current medications, recent laboratory data if available, and symptom timeline.

Payment is completed directly on the website by debit or credit card. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is processed. If you require alternative payment arrangements, you may contact us directly.

Your regulatory baseline kit is mailed to the address provided. Please verify your shipping details carefully.

You collect the hair sample using the detailed written instructions. If preferred, we can schedule a brief video call to guide you through the collection process and ensure proper handling.

Once the laboratory confirms receipt and processing of your sample, Session 1 is scheduled. This session focuses on timeline mapping and structured clinical clarification.

When regulatory results are available, Session 2 is conducted. During this session, your full Integration synthesis, Risk Flags, escalation thresholds, and four-week execution framework are reviewed and delivered.
The complete process typically spans several weeks, depending on laboratory turnaround times.
All services are delivered virtually, with the exception of Strata Intensive (San José, GAM, Limon, by application only). Estimated timeline: 1 week from kit shipment to session.
