Service Description

For individuals who are ready to move beyond virtual support into structured, in-person health education and physical rebuilding. Strata Intensive is currently in development. It will be available to clients in Costa Rica who have completed Strata Integration and are medically stable and ready for a higher-touch, in-person engagement. If this sounds like what you need, we would like to hear from you. Early interest applications are open now. Applicants will be contacted when enrollment opens. Who It Is For Strata Intensive is appropriate if you: • Are medically stable and cleared for progressive resistance training • Need structured accountability beyond virtual support • Are rebuilding strength, metabolic stability, or recovery capacity • Can commit to weekly in-person sessions in Costa Rica If you are unsure whether this level is appropriate, we determine that during a consultation. Structure Duration: 90 days Weekly in-home sessions in Costa Rica, 75–90 minutes Structured digital check-ins between sessions Participants complete independent training 2–3 additional days per week. Minimal equipment required. Portable tools are provided when needed. Recovery and Monitoring Infrared therapy, electrical muscle stimulation, and recovery protocols are incorporated when appropriate. A regulatory baseline is included at the start of the program.
