Service Description
Not sure where to start? This brief call is your first step. We discuss your current health situation, what you are navigating, and whether Strata.cr is the right fit for you. No obligation. No medical advice. Just clarity on whether we are a good match and which service makes sense for your situation. Before your discovery call, please have the following ready: A brief summary in your own words of your main health concern or situation. A rough count of how many specialists or providers you have seen in the past three years. Your most recent laboratory results if you have them — you do not need to share them on the call, just have them nearby for reference. One specific question you want answered by the end of the call. The call is conducted via WhatsApp video or Google Meet. You will receive a confirmation and link 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancelation Policy
Scheduling Strata Integration sessions are scheduled only after laboratory results are received. Strata Implementation sessions are scheduled according to the structured review calendar provided at enrollment. Strata Intensive sessions are scheduled on designated dates. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 full hours’ written notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 full hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Because services are structured and time-blocked, late arrivals do not extend session duration.
